Must have minimum number of players to submit:

• U8-U14 teams MUST have a minimum of 9 players
• U11-U14 teams MUST have a minimum of 12 players

• Field Name, hours and date available, field size (large or small), address and directions)

• Non-applied teams placed on waitlist
• Team registration fees DOUBLED

• By invitation only
• Teams not meeting the minimum number of players by midnight 05/01/2012 will not be seeded and will be placed on a waitlist

Circuit Appeals Period (U8-U14)

• Circuit appeals must be submitted using the official Circuit Appeals Form

• Forms MUST be received by midnight 05/31/2012
