Coaches, Team Managers and Parents:
Presidio Soccer League has approximately 1,000 teams with approximately 15,000 members.
Because of the vast number of teams and members, it is very difficult and at times obviously impossible, for the Presidio Board to reply timely to the typical high volume of e-mails received.
We make every attempt to make this an information rich site, providing answers to most questions. Please search the site for answers to your questions, including the Ask Presidio page.
If the answer to your question is not available on this site, please use the following communication guidelines when questions or issues arise:
- Communicate with your club's Director of Coaching,
- Communicate with your club's Presidio Representative, usually a member of the Board of Directors,
- Communicate with your club's President,
- If your club's President is unable to answer your question, he or she should contact Presidio for an answer.
If your question cannot be answered by using the above 3 sources, then please contact the appropriate Presidio Soccer League Board Member from the table below.
Your club's Presidio Representative and President are expected to and should be able to answer most, if not all questions regarding Presidio.

DUTIES OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD
President:
- Shall conduct and control all Presidio meetings
- Shall act as chairman of Executive Board meetings (non-voting except in the event of a tie)
- Shall approve payment of Presidio debts
- Shall appoint the chair of the seeding committee with the ratification of the executive board
- Shall have one vote at general Presidio meetings
- Shall handle all other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Vice President:
- Shall assume duties of President in his absence
- Shall Act as Presidio Trial Board Chairman
- Shall have one vote at Presidio Executive Board meetings
- Shall have one vote at general Presidio meetings
- Shall handle all other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Secretary:
- Shall keep complete minutes of all meetings and provide copies of those minutes at the next meeting
- Shall publish the general meeting minutes to the website within one (1) week of the meeting
- Shall make available Presidio minutes at the regularly scheduled board meetings
- Shall keep copies of Presidio correspondence
- Shall have one vote at Presidio Executive Board meetings
- Shall have one vote at Presidio meetings
- Shall keep a listing of authorized member league representatives
- Shall handle all other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Treasurer:
- Shall keep an up-to-date accounting record of all funds and balances in accordance with GAAP
- Shall contract an annual audit by an accredited Certified Public Accountant
- Shall collect all funds
- Shall disburse all approved Presidio obligations
- Shall have one vote at Presidio Executive Board meetings
- Shall have one vote at Presidio meetings
- Shall handle all other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Directors (North, South, Premier, AAA):
- Shall be responsible for the successful operation of their divisions of Presidio
- Shall appoint other administrative aides as necessary
- Shall administer the Penalty Code in their divisions
- Shall adjudicate game protests within their divisions
- Shall have one vote at Presidio Executive Board meetings
- Shall have one vote at Presidio Meetings
- Shall handle all other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Assistant Directors:
- Shall assist the Director as necessary
- Shall assume the duties of the Director in the Director's absence
- Has the authority to resolve schedule conflicts and acts as a liaison between the teams and Presidio
- Report to their Director as required
- If no Assistant Director is designated, the Director shall fulfill the functions of this position
- Shall have responsibilities as delegated by the Director
- Shall have one vote at Presidio Executive Board meetings
- Shall have one vote at Presidio Meetings
- Shall handle all other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
