League application and consideration for approval will be based upon satisfaction of the League Application Package. See Requirements Checklist on the following page. Upon completion of these requirements and Presidio Soccer League approval, the Corporate Office will initiate league services.

* A $100 per month penalty will be applied to all returning leagues that have not satisfied the Complete League Applicaiton Package Requirements in its entirety by April 10th.

By this application, we understand and accept that this application and our affiliation therein explicitly grants our consent to abide by the following:

• The Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of Presidio Soccer League, Cal South, United States Youth Soccer Association (USYSA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), and all directives of the governing boards of these bodies.

• All League Program Administrators as defined per Rule 6.3.1.2.1 (i.e. Board Members, Coaches, Volunteers and anyone acting in an official capacity on behalf of the league) will complete the Cal South KidSafe Risk Management requirements.

• All Clubs MUST comply with California Assembly Bill 2007, Cal South and Presidio Soccer League's Concussion Policy. All suspected head injuries MUST be reported within 24 hours of occurrence. Reporting is done under the scoring module in the Affinity Share View System.

• Register all players with Cal South and pay player registration fees as set forth by the Board of Directors (Rule 1.3.2.2).

• Comply with all Affinity Share View System activation rules and pay player registration fees as invoiced by Cal South.

• Will not utilize any personal registration information garnered through Presidio Soccer League affiliation to directly promote the interests of outside competing entities.

• Ensure that all administrators and players participating in all games scheduled or hosted by said league will use Cal South / US Youth Soccer player & administrator cards for all competition.

• Provide procedures and a committee for the prompt and equitable resolution of protest, appeals, and discipline of members.

• Have a Primary League Registrar that has been certified in accordance with the mandatory Cal South League Registrar Certification program required for Affinity Share View System access.

• Ensure that all League Board Members, Coaches, Team Administrators, Parents and Players act in a respectful manner at all times when discussing and/or resolving issues pertaining to Presidio Soccer League. Failure to comply with any of the included terms may be subject, but not limited to the following:

• Denial or revocation of Presidio Soccer League Gaming Privileges.

• Suspension from any and all Presidio Soccer League Games and/or Events.

• Monetary Fines.

We understand that in accordance with this application, that the Presidio Soccer League Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, League Policies and overall compliance thereof is required for the purpose of good standing membership in Presidio Soccer League. Membership in Presidio Soccer League is by privilege, not by right.

We further agree and authorize Cal South, its related business partners and any Referee Association we contract with to share any financially related information and member contact information upon request.

We further agree that all books and records of the league shall be open to inspection upon the written/email request of Presidio Soccer League or its agent at any reasonable time.

  All San Diego Developmental Academy must be registered and approved as a League in Presidio Soccer League.
  Leagues must follow the Bylaws, Rules and Regulations of Presidio Soccer League unless otherwise defined in the Rules and Regulations of the San Diego Developmental League.
  Failure to comply with any of the included terms may be subject, but not limited to the following:
  - Denial or revocation of San Diego Developmental Academy Gaming Privileges.
  - Suspension from any and all San Diego Developmental Academy Games and/or Events.
  - Monetary Fines.
  We understand that in accordance with this application, that the Presidio Soccer League Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, League Policies and overall compliance thereof is required for the purpose of good standing membership in the San Diego Developmental Academy. Membership in San Diego Developmental Academy is by privilege, not by right.
  
  Acceptance of Leagues and Teams are subject to approval by the Membership of the San Diego Developmental Academy using the following criteria:
  - $2,000 Initial League Membership Fee.
  - Functioning Board of Directors with minimum one year meeting minutes (minimum quarterly meetings).
  - Minimum 80% attendance at San Diego Developmental Academy committee meetings.
  - Director of Coaching or Technical Director must attend and participate in Showcases and Festivals as determined by the San Diego Developmental Academy committee.
  - Director of Coaching or Technical Director with a national level license, minimum "C" or "National Youth", NSCAA (USC) National Diploma or UEFA "B". In the event applicant club does not meet this requirement at the time of application, a grace period (to be determined by the executive committee) may be granted for "Provisional Membership" status until requirement has been met.
  - Club must have a minimum of 10 registered teams in good standing with Presidio Soccer League and Cal South.
  - Club must have sufficient permitted fields meeting the minimum San Diego Developmental Academy standards.
  - Club must have a functioning coaching curriculum, guiding the clubs' player development.
  - Club must commit and abide to the SDDA Code of Ethics and Rules & Regulations.
  Appeals to decisions made by the San Diego Developmental Academy only requires approval from the Presidio Board of Directors, not by Presidio’s general membership. In addition, the San Diego Developmental Academy is directly accountable to the Presidio President.
